How fast will I see results?
You are gauranteed to start seeing results within a week, but you have to keep in mind that if you need to follow a proper scheulde in order to see those results. Nothing is gained without putting in some effort.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Interac payments.

How am I billed?
Your account is billed on a monthly basis. You will receive an e-mail informing you that you have an outstanding balance for the month depending on the program you select.

Do you offer refunds?
Because we charge on a monthly basis once you have paid for the month we do not offer refunds. However you will have access till the end of the month even if you decide to cancel your membership.

How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership by calling our Customer Service centre or you can request to cancel your membership once you login to your account.
